The main house features two spacious master suites, each with a king bed and a private en suite bathroom. An additional bedroom with a twin bed is also located in the main house.

Boathouse:
The separate boathouse offers additional sleeping and living space, making it ideal for teens, extended family, or guests who want their own retreat. It includes two queen beds, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all the essentials needed to prepare a quick meal.
