The hotel lobby and open spaces were elegant. But I was very surprised that a hotel of this caliber did not have free wifi.

The property is noisy, I can hear guest talking and walking by my room. I can also hear the train going by the property. I could hear the doors opening and closing. I could also hear guest walking above me. I will never stay at this property again. One of the lounge chair was broken.

Not for us.

You have to pay daily for parking. The restaurant on site is quite expensive and offers no perks to guest staying at the hotel. The bar was more expensive than south beach in Miami. The fridge in the room was broken but thank God I brought a cooler. The ac would not go down. If you let them park your car be prepared to not have easy access to said car.

This hotel is in a class above all others in the area. If you are in University City area, no other hotel can compete. It has very good restaurant and nice bar, conference center. Worth a few extra bucks for cleanliness and resort style bathrooms alone.

Beautiful property. Service was excellent but a little snooty. Unless they are paying for the rooms I would suggest a little humility. Just because you rub elbows with big spenders does not make you any more than the staff. Don’t judge a book by its over.
