The hotel is a couple of miles from the airport and has a courtesy van to take you there. It's located in a busy area with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The staff is extra accommodating and very pleasant.

Shuttle driver went over and beyond to help us get settled. Lady who served at breakfast was very conscientious and a very good worker. Did all she could do to make sure all guests had what they needed. Handicapped accessible room had handrails and the room was very large and clean although well worn.

We left before the breakfast due to the time of our flight. The lady at the front deck was wonderful and friendly! Vernon the shuttle driver was very kind and helped get everyone in and out of the van and got our luggage for us. We were traveling when the gov was shut down and everything was crazy. Your employees were so kind and helpful that it really calmed us down from the whole stressful situation.

The staff were extremely accommodating. I had a terrible experience at a neighboring hotel and needed to check in early and Davondra (I believe that was her name) was extremely helpful and accommodating. She made a very stressful experience so much less stressful. Every staff member I met was so polite.

I am still waiting to get to the hotel. You need to call for a van. You SUPPLIED NO Phone number. 45 minutes later and I am still not there. Finally Arrived at hotel. The hotel is a dump. Old tired shabby furniture both in the small lobby and in the room itself. The mattress is old. Pillows old. I am extremely disappointed. A miserable hotel to come to after a long flight.

I booked 2 guest rooms for November 6,2025 for my elderly parents and I to stay for 1 night. We had plane tickets to fly out of the Charlotte airport on November 7,2025. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip due to the government shutdown that affected flights. I had booked our stay at your property through Hotels.com and reached out to them requesting a refund for our hotel stay. To my very strong disappointment, I received an email today informing me that your hotel had denied my request for a refund. I could understand if I canceled just because we willingly and voluntarily changed our plans, but this situation was not our choice or fault. I hope in the future your hotel will find it in your heart to take your guests situations into consideration and do the right thing.
