Won’t stay there ever again and I couldn’t get a refund either so I am very unhappy.. The rooms and very small ,No hot water at all ended up leaving late in the night to find another place

Nice hotel. Clean, friendly and quiet and inexpensive. Stayed during Thanksgiving, therefore front desk and service staff were limited (had no effect on me personally). Walls are thin, I could hear my neighbor snoring 😴. Beds are on ole skool frames and the floors are wood, so bed could slide a lil bit. Heating/cooling unit worked well. Bed was clean and comfortable with 4 comfortable pillows and a decent tv with "REAL" cable stations. Minutes from strip malls, Walmart and downtown Charlotte. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

They put my check in date for the wrong date. Also I had to wait 3 hours until I got a room. The room was not what I ask for Only got $11.57 refund , supervisor said I will $25 to never seen it. They wanted to send somewhere, I aaud no cause it was there fault. So get a star for being a terrible booking company. I will book though yall again

The floor in the room was super dirty. Looked like they haven’t swept under the beds in a long time. There was dust, dirt and random stuff under there.
