The only thing I had a little bit of a struggle with is that we asked for some hot tea and they brought us up everything except for water or the hot tea. They did, however once I called was able to say, please use the water in the mini bar and we won’t charge you which was nice.

Staff is very courteous and helpful. Clean rooms and nice sheets. Stayed for several nights. Only one criticism, I stayed on the first floor, people smoke right outside the doors on the benches and when the door is opened during and after their smoking, the smoke gets sucked into the hotel and smells the hallways up with toxic smoke fumes instead of healthy nice smelling air. It’s a beautiful property with wooded trails in the back. Pet-friendly! Front-desk staff, manager, and valet staff are all polite and respectful and genuinely friendly. I recommend this hotel and I stay only at Kimptons whenever I travel.
