Hotel was lovely, beds were comfy - in need for some renovations- no drawer space or bathroom space to hang or our toiletries. . We tipped every night and had a note that the conditioner bottle was empty and asked to refill and nothing. Also the male server- with no hair had us waiting for 15 min and did not take our drink order- tried to catch.his attn and he proceeded to sit down with the guests- we had to go inside and request drinks. He even acknowledged new people confined- not sure if this was a racial thing but that was the perception.

This was our third time staying at the Rodd Charlottetown and the service was great again. Staff were friendly and really nice to my toddler. The hotel was clean and we love the location! We will be staying there again.

The updated executive rings were clean with nice engineered wood floors and a good queen mattress. The fridge and water provided were a nice touch. The bathroom was updated and clean but very small and a large person could not possibly sit on the toilet that is against the wall and between a small sink. The hotel is in a great location. Main lobby was disappointing. Not as grand as in pictures and very dim. We found it nice but too expensive for what you get. The hotel had a very loud HVAC system which you can hear if you sit on their lovely terrace. The room ac is also very loud

Not impressed with this place. Our room wasnt ready when it was supposed to be. Floors were still wet when we entered the room. No compensation offered by the hotel for the late check-in aside from a complimentary drink in their hotel restaurant which we had no intention of eating at. The room was very small, and parking here was difficult to find. I wouldnt stay here again.
