Wonderful Hotel in the centre of town

This is absolutely the place to stay in Charlottetown! From the staff at check-in right through to the beautiful rooms, off-road parking, lounge and breakfast, everything about The Harbour House was delightful. Highly recommended!

Good option to stay 2 days in downtown PEI

Clean room, good breakfast with variety, staff was nice and helpful, ask for a room as far as possible from the back door, a bit noisy when people pass by.

This property was amazing! Set in downtown Charlottetown and we coukd walk to many activities. Victoria Park, wonderful restaurants and shops near the warf and Victoria Row! There was live music every night! It was a safe environment and we had a blast! The room was perfect and the bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was delicious and the overall experience was more than we could have hoped for. One thing to note is there is not an elevator and if you have problems with stairs then this is not the place for you. There was plenty of free parking too!

Beautiful old home conversion. Very comfortable beds. Very quiet, no noise transferring between the walls. Secure parking on site (important to us as we are on a motorcycle). The staff is wonderful, gave a thorough review of our room and how the breakfast worked. Great breakfast, had the usual muffins, toast & cereal, but also had made to order hot breakfast (free). Highly recommend the waffle. Main restaurant and small shop area was just 2 blocks away. 1 block from the waterfront so no need to drive anywhere. Love this place, highly recommend.

The location of this hotel is wonderful. The basement room we had was huge. Lots of space, except the bathroom was tiny. The service at breakfast is lovely, but the quality of food was only ok. I had an issue with check-in. I reserved through expedia for 2 adults and 3 children. Our room was massive with 4 beds (2 queens plus bunks), but they charge anyone 12 or over as an adult. This seemed unnecessary to charge a small amount. Unpleasant impression. Would definitely stay again though.

The only real comment was that the bed frame was not clean. It was only noticeable because the mattress did not completely cover the bed frame. Very friendly staff. Appreciated the hot breakfast (in addition to the continental breakfast) which was included in the rate. I would stay again.

Confirm your room size before booking. We were booked in room 17 without realizing how small it was. It might be ok if you're traveling solo or just in the room to sleep. There isn't enough room for a chair.
