Located in the old girls' school on the banks of the Allier river, this carefully maintained gîte is adjoining the town hall.
Nearby: village of Saint-Julien-des-Chazes, Ste-Marie chapel, hiking, Prades 3 km (beach and swimming, white water sports, basalt organs), Chanteuges 6 km (priory, cloister, conservatory of wild salmon, picturesque village), Langeac 10 km (college church, Jacquemart museum, tourist train of the Allier gorges, mountain bike area, adventure trail in the forest, weekly market, all shops and services). This gîte has an enclosed courtyard of 200 m², parking for several cars, an open courtyard and a cellar.
On the ground floor: living room-kitchen (convertible sofa bed, TV), bathroom-wc.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room, toilet.
Electric heating extra from October 15 to April 15: €54/week.
Services to be purchased directly from the person in charge of reception:
Cleaning service: €50
