The house adjoining the owners' has been renovated into a charming gîte. From the shared entrance, you'll be charmed by the beautiful layout of the swimming pool, which the owners leave at your disposal (4 x 8 m). The gîte is located on the gable end of the house and benefits from a large private and independent terrace, for your relaxation and meals in season. The gîte has been completely renovated with careful decoration, harmonizing modernity and second-hand objects. On one level, you benefit from a living room including a dining area with lounge and well-equipped kitchen. One bedroom is furnished with a 180 x 200 bed, the other two with a 160 x 200 bed each. You have a bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate toilet. Parking near the gîte. Gannat is 15 km from the A71 motorway and its theme park, Paléopolis. Vulcania and Lemptegy are 70 km away. Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule and its vineyards are 20 km away, and Vichy, a spa resort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is 32 km away.
