Nice well maintained clean little motel with kitchenette. Staff friendly and helpful. Great view of the fisherman's harbor and Chatham pier. Half mile walk to main street loaded with shops and places to eat.

This place has a wonderful view of the bay and North Beach Island. It's got the charm and classic style of cape cod and perfect location for a stroll on the beach or walk into town or to light house beach.

You cannot beat this place for the friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but nothing beats the view. You are literally on the water. There is a private beach area; the grounds are beautifully kept; it is walking distance to everything and no need to keep up appearances - beach attire is just fine.

We had a sweet little room so close to the ocean-it was wonderful! The prices were better here and eventhough its a "motel" they are really cute rooms and the best view in town!

Property is the best beachfront location for the price. Very clean. Beach is literally outside your front door and so easily accessible. Rooms were very clean. A 5 minute drive to Main Street Chatham with so many restaurants nearby. Would stay again.
