Wonderful dog friendly rental for the whole family, with access path to a private beach deeded at White's Pond! Close to downtown Chatham and Oyster Pond Beach; and offering a huge private fenced in yard with firepit, this property is just a stone's throw to The Cape Cod Rail Trail and Bike Path. So don't forget your bikes! Located at the end of a cul-de sac, this Cape style home has a vaulted ceiling that showers lots of light into the open 1st floor living room, dining room and kitchen. Updated with modern appliances and furniture, this beautifully decorated rental has excellent indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. Large back deck, firepit, expanded front, back and side yard for kids to run and play, and even a finished basement with games and large flat screen TV. Wifi and slimline a/c units to keep you cool and connected, and an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse of the salt and sand after a day in the waves. This home sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms; with a 1st floor king bed, 2nd floor king and queen, and 2 twin daybeds in the finished basement. Great house, well equipped.
We loved the house, which was the perfect size for our small family. Our kids enjoyed eating at the bar area and having two bathrooms was great. The house is well equipped with kitchenware and we loved the beach toys. Our only issue was the pet policy, which meant the yard had a lot of dog poop when we arrived and animal hair and dirt on the comforters and shams. One suggestion to the owners would be to get these laundered and find a company to clean up after renter’s pets for a fee, should people want to bring pets. Other than that, it was a great house!

Relaxing home in Chatham
Perfect location to experience all of our little trips. Easy access to town. House is well appointed. Kitchen actually has proper kitchen utensils for cooking. Fenced in yard was a huge help with our daughter’s dog. We would definitely stay again.
