It was very close to tube station so great for getting around London. Room was small but good price and bags can go under the bed so this was great. We could have tea or coffe at main foyer which was nice. Loved our stay

Glad I had the lights on getting into bed, one of “those” hairs greeted me. Mold around the shower glass, drain not working a feet had a bath every day, do not disturb light not working, a window broken and not opening, flies always in the room. Place has that old musty smell, except the foyer which was overpowering, or when you’d get a wave of other less appealing smells. Room service under powering. But, the staff are amazing, quick to respond, helpful, and just lovely. Great location to trains and buses, enough convenience, food, chemist shops for whatever you need. Would I stay here again? Unknown, good for what I needed? Yes. Do yourself a favour and get the breakfast, it’s rather fab.

"Breakfast was good quality although limited options available. Room was very very clean which I was really happy about! The house keeping team are doing a great job. Room was spacious with everything we needed but could do with redecorating as it was very dated."

"Staff helpful, nice view, curtains need to be washed ASAP as large area covered in chocolate, the edge of the shelf under the window needs hot water plus washing-up liquid to remove the dirt (dusting won't shift it). No grab rails in the shower and very hot water in the washbasin."
