We never had anyone come to clean our room and when I said something to the front desk they sent somebody the next day towards the late afternoon while we were in the room so they were not able to. The front desk rarely had a person there. I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years for when we visit in December and I think that will be the last time. I also don’t care for the fact that there’s no designated parking for the hotel so it makes it really rough especially during the busy times for the mall.

Rooftop bar staff was very friendly and professional, even after a party was extremely rude and obnoxious to the staff. The hotel was very clean overall.The two queen bed rooms were small with the shower behind a curtain rather than a door, so these rooms are best suited for a couple rather than a mixed group of people.
