Don’t Do It!!!!! It’s a trap!

Arrived, checked in, room looked decent. Found out after paying that air was broken, pool was padlocked, staff sent me a text and then refused to answer phone or texts. Would not let us end our stay early. Could not find anyone on Saturday except one very tired old man cleaning rooms. Breakfast was laid out and untended until after 4:00pm on Saturday. Sunday check out they owed us 50.00 cash deposit and my partner had to go behind desk and wake dude up off of a cot after trying to get someone’s attention from the service window outside first and then later from the check in desk. I have only had one other hotel/motel stay experience that rates as bad as this one and it’s hat one involved a 3:00am hooker fight in the parking lot of a Days Inn. Baymont by Wyndham used to mean something decent, but the taste this has left in my mouth I don’t know will ever leave. All we wanted was a low key weekend with just a nice pool and a few decent restaurants and what we go was a really bad joke and a terrible staying experience. If you are going to advertise that there is a pool and show pictures as nice as we’re on the listing, then at least have the decency to post that they are closed, dirty, never going to be opened, etc., so that I can pick a different motel to put my faith and money in. And then came the lovely survey text about how we enjoyed our stay. Although it wasn’t worth the time I took to answer the message from them, I did tell them kindly to cram their motel up their ass!
This was left at 3:30pm
Dried out old food still on the counters at 3:30pm.

Baymont Cleveland Tennessee

This place had cockroaches all around the place and there were sewers gnats flying around the room as well as other bugs I’ve never seen. Spring tails I believe. It was so gross I left after 2 nights and paid for a best western. Avoid this location it needs to be closed. There also is a family that lived there who were also the cleaners and my room was entered while I was at work even with a do not disturb sign posted. To make it weirder there was a guy who I’m guessing was staying long term on the upstairs floor that would frequently be outside on the phone in nothing but his underwear. The owner of this place does not have much care either and it’s basically him running the entire place. Time for a close. I reported this place to the local health inspector as well. Please avoid this place.

Worst hotel experience ever

OMG. Terrible. Lobby had no airconditioning and was a sauna. First room had no A/C so they put us in a different room with A/C. The room was dirty: stains on walls, carpet, curtains, toilet. Bugs everywhere. The door jamb was broken as if someone had tried to kick in the door. The only thing holding the door shut was the deadbolt, so the door didn’t fully seal closed. It was loud. Really loud. You could hear every little thing inside the room. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. I have never been in such a dump in my life. Trash was piled up on stairwells, outside of rooms, and on the landings. It’s like no one cared about this rundown “motel” at all. Do NOT stay here.

This facility is in a great location that is convenient to food shopping. How ever——— Trash cans in breezeway were full the whole time I was there carpet and paint in room is old and damaged lights in room were burned out, I went and bought light bulbs so I could have more lighting need exterminators, spent the last night in the room killing roaches. yeck!!

Run down, smelt like cigarettes when we got into our room. Bathtub had cigarette burns on the tub and shower wall. Coffee maker was missing parts to make coffee and AC only worked half of the time. Sheets and towels had stains.

I wish I could give a better review. The hotel was clean. And appeared to be updating some rooms. The pool had no water in it. And the family that either ran or owned the hotel was living there.

Like that it was an Established Brand… Didn’t Like: Unclean Entrance to Lobby, Children playing in and around the Reservation/Check-In Desk, Walkway to Ice Machine was Not Clean, Ice Machine has not been Cleaned in weeks, Room Chair was too filthy to put anything on, Room Door Jam had been Broken and they just installed another door lock over it, Room Curtains torn and Dirty, Room Tub had a Large Hair in it, not fit to use, Breakfast was Not fit to eat, Coffee was Burned, just had cereal;
