overpriced

extremely overpriced. For the price I expected a very nice space. the place is in need of renovation. couldn’t find our room because room number was on the floor. needs painting. Towels were frayed. Bathroom sink wasn’t clean. very limited parking. noisy air conditioner. can’t imagine this place is up to best western standards. Would not recommend.

Renovating

This hotel is in the middle of a major renovation. Therefore, several areas were not in your typical condition. Our room had been renovated and was acceptable. Only issue is that I am 5'3" and the beds are extremely too tall for shorter people.

UNCOMFORTABLE AND UNPLEASANT STAY

The hotel, Best Western, is undergoing renovation. The first floor was off limits, we could not open the door to our room, the mattress had a deep hole, the bed had a steel/aluminum base that creaked ❗️It was not comfortable. The fitted sheets were not deep and did not cover the width of the mattress; the sheets looked as if someone had already slept in the bed. The shower handle was extremely tight and hard to turn. The bath towels looked dark and dingy unlike the hand towels that were white. The bathroom wastebasket was all torn and good for the garbage❗️ We were extremely disappointed and uncomfortable with our stay❗️We were not happy at all.

Property is being renovated however the room was old but the part that was the worst where the sheets were well worn had a hole in them. Towels had a hole and they just looked old. The bed was horrible sagged towards the middle. I get your renovating however you could still provide clean and newer linens. And the best was the fire alarms went off at 2 am in 30 degrees weather. No so sorry from staff. Never again

Stayed one night for work. Had to move rooms once due to a screaming child in the room next to me. Staff was very helpful and understanding. Bed in the first room had full body sized indentions on each side of the bed. Second room's bed was better. Shower pressure was bad. Everything else was fairly ok as long as you temper your expectations and understand you are staying at a more budget friendly hotel. Staff was great. Location is near several restaurants and the interstate. I wouldn't aim to stay here again but if I had to then I wouldn't be that upset about it.
