Some of the staff was yelling at my children. They were barging into the room with our permission, complaining that we had the lock on it. Yelling is not part Of Customer service. We ended up moving away from there to another hotel.

Staff was extremely friendly. I was running later then expected and few hours after check in time they called to just make sure everything was okay and that if i was still coming. I appreciated that! Beds could be more comfy but ive had worse

It's on top of a hill. Very very peaceful. When we woke up it was full on our side. We didn't hear anything. Rooms are updated and very clean. Our eleven year old granddaughter enjoyed the indoor pool. Will definitely stay there again!!
