Jake Cabin at Wauhatchie Woodlands is a cozy, tiny cabin located just 5 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. It offers access to a private hot tub, a furnished back deck, and a covered front deck with a charcoal grill. In addition, there is a shared fire pit for you to enjoy during your stay. The natural surroundings are incredibly charming and memorable. With a main bedroom and a sleeping loft, Jake can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

Chattanooga is a city known for its railroads. There are active train tracks that border the property to the north and I-24 is about half a mile away. Please note that light sleepers may be affected by the ambient city and train noise. Each cabin has been equipped with a white noise machine to help minimize any disturbance. Fantastic!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The tiny cabin was perfect for our needs. The trains did not bother us at all. Our only drawback was the queen size bed was entirely too stiff but we made it work.

Everything was amazing. Only drawback was RIGHT next to train tracks with freight trains continuously coming through all day and night.

Everything was very clean and in working order. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. We loved being so close to all the outdoor activities and hiking. We enjoyed the firepit and jacuzzi at night. Staff was very friendly.

Private hot tub, laundry and kitchen, nothing was desired that wasn’t already there. Great place to stay if you don’t mind trains, which we loved so it was perfect.

Wonderful stay

This is the second time we have rented one of the tiny cabins and we adore them! They are so quaint and feel so embedded in nature while still being super easy to access everything in Chatt. We had a few issues not getting the access code prior to arrival, but that was really only an issue because we arrived pretty late in the evening, well past business hours. Overall it was a fantastic stay. The beds are comfy and the cabin is beautiful.
