The hotel was wonderful, the staff was wonderful and there is really nothing bad to say about the property at all. It's been recently renovated and as it is just off I-75, it is easy access to everything Chattanooga. The decor is adorable and although most people would think (as it is not as well known as other hotel properties), that it might not be what you'd expect however it is that plus. The price was also on point while other hotels in the vicinity were 50-75 more per night. This will be our hotel of choice when we go back.

Lots of meal options right next door and easy grocery shopping options just a short drive down the street. Easy access to hop on the highway too. The highway is right there and a bit loud, but if you get an inside room (U shaped hotel) you don't hear it. Beds were pretty comfortable, could hear a little through the walls but the fan had a constant setting that was good white noise. The 24 hr gym was ok, an elliptical, a bike, 2 treadmills, some kettle balls, and weights. The weights were a little rusty and the elliptical handles were sticky. They could really use some yoga mats. There is a water dispenser with nice filtered water. In the lobby there is coffee and a couple tea options. The central courtyard had a gas fire pit with chairs to hang out and looked nice. Internet was a bit slow but worked.

Decent place, clean etc.. Location close to i 75, shopping and restaurants. Noise between rooms terrible ie tv’s, talking etc. Don’t get a room with adjacent door between rooms and ask front desk to see if you can be put in a room away from other guest.

Super nice for the price!!

For price, this place was an excellent choice! Front desk staff was so welcoming and friendly. Hotel was clean and cozy. There was a nice seating area in the lobby with a fire burning that was so nice on a cold night! Our room was clean and very comfortable. There is a great little two person loveseat in the room that was so comfortable. The bed was soft and slept great! They even let us have a late check-out for 2:00 pm. Nice! I will definitely stay here again!

Olivia the manager, is an amazing advocate for her guest and takes customer service to a whole new level. I only stay here when I go to Chatanooga. The gym is great, it’s right beside Starbucks and has Ulta and Nordstrom Rack across the street. Easy access to I 75.

It was a smooth stay and it was inexpensive. But the found a live roach in the sink. We had a really loud guest next door and they had to evacuate them which ruined our sleep for more than 3 hours middle of the night. But the staff were friendly.
