Nice room, and good room service, great location. My only issue is with the valet service. We got there in a pouring rain. The valets took our keys but did not help at all with our luggage and at one point I had to tell them to unlock my car so I could get it all out. When returning my car at check out, the valet nearly crashed my Cadillac into another car that was leaving. If I had not yelled at both drivers, my passenger side door would be smashed in.

Although the lobby and overall appearance of the main areas is beautiful I did complain on check out about the facilities provided in the actual room (442). The coffee machine didn't work, the cooler/refrigerator didn't work and the TV signal went out all evening (possibly due to storm). The bathroom was in an appalling condition, more like you might expect to see in an inferior hotel. Our travelling companions, also complained about the disgusting state of their bathroom, they were in the room next door to ours, They took photos. The reception manager said she was unable to offer a discount/refund as we had booked through Expedia. Obviously this spoiled our stay. Can Expedia help with this matter in any way?
