Check in was easy and the employee was pleasant. The room was clean. The pain was chipped or flaking on the walls in several places. Breakfast had various items. Plain Greek yogurt would be a nice add for a less sugary item.

The staff were nice and helpful. The property was dated and dirty. I realize they are working on updating, but keeping it clean should be a priority. The area around felt unsafe. The hotel is tucked back off the road and surrounded by the backside of a strip mall, restaurants, and what appeared to be either an old rundown motel or office building. Homeless people were walking around the parking lot or the nearby fence staring at you as you get out of your car. I go to Chattanooga every year, but this year was horrible. Construction everywhere, noise all night from the interstate construction. Would not stay here again.

The room walls are nasty, stuck boogers or whatever next to the bed. Markings everywhere. Spider webs on the ceiling and spider crawling ceiling. Check in was okay with a service dog but put us at the end of the hall with all the noise in and out next to a stairwell for a migraine disability. Breakfast was limited for buffet. I would not stay here again. Poor water pressure and door was swollen from water damage. And shower curtain holder was broken. Door handle only lifted up to open so half broken and annoying to get into room with kids and service dog and luggage.
