Nice hotel with a few teething issues. Good value

We had a balcony room on the fourth floor overlooking the bus station and square. The room is extremely modern and spotlessly clean. Mattress is new and hard. Wifi strong and airconditioning good. Shower strong and hot. Very nice bathroom. Things that need improving are the lighting in the public areas at night. It is also noisy from about 4am if you face the square with the temple gongs starting then and the busses not long after. A room at the back would be better.
