Large house with garden, recently renovated, a short walk downhill to lake Pannecière.
On the ground level is a large open-plan kitchen and sitting room and a full bathroom, and a nook woth a double sofa bed. upstairs is a large games room, two double bedrooms and an office nook with a single bed.
The house shares a garden with orchards, a large play area with climbing frame, trampoline, ninja line, and tree boats.
The village is a short walk away and has a shop and restaurant - for more choice, and supermarkets, it’s a 15 minute drive.
The lake is visible from the house and is a short walk downhill - a ten minute stroll.

Maison très bien située, à l'écart, près d'un chemin forestier. Grandes pièces à l'intérieur avec plein d'espace pour que les enfants jouent. Jeux extérieurs en bon état, appréciables quand il fait beau.La propriétaire, après un début chaotique dû apparemment à l'application, a été très réactive et sympathique.On notera toutefois la vaisselle assez clairsemée (3 bols pour un gîte qui peut accueillir jusu'à 6 pers.) et de qualité médiocre.La région est splendide avec de petites routes quasi-désertes, très vallonnée et plein de petits lacs et de balades.Je recommande pour un séjour dépaysant et relaxant.

maison spacieuse et confortable dans un très bel environnement. Très adaptée à la présence d'un animal de compagnie. Difficile à chauffer car les radiateurs électriques ne sont pas vraiment adaptés aux dimensions de la maison. On aurait aimé un peu plus de vaisselle. Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble
