The Grand Chêne cottage is located in a small residential area, 8 km from the sea, between Nantes and St. Nazaire (approximately 40 km). This detached, newly built cottage offers modern comforts.

It features a 400 m² enclosed garden with a southwest-facing terrace and a garage.

The cottage is on one level and comprises a spacious and bright living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room (one with a double bed 140x190 cm, the other with two single beds 90x190 cm), a separate WC, and a laundry room.

Amenities include: Wi-Fi, DVD player + VHS players, baby equipment (cot/high chair/bathtub/baby bouncer), and a cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Not included: electricity, geothermal heating, and tourist tax.
