The service was excellent could even get in my room early which was a bonus the room was lovely & clean. Great location for a nice quiet evening either on business or casual. The only little negative was a shower mat would have been good to have for stepping in & out the bath .

The Staff do everything to make you feel welcome. The room was enormous with a full bathtub. There was also the classic wooden beam across the ceiling. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well both nights. We did not hear a peep of any noise the entire evening and into the night. The food and drink from the bar and restaurant are top notch. Breakfast is excellent. But the patrons of the Pub were all so friendly as well. Great ambassadors for Manchester and the neighborhood. We made new friends and got tips of what to see and do in the area. Just an excellent place to visit and stay at. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, authentic, and fun place to stay. Looking forward to returning soon.
