You’ll have private use of the residence throughout your stay, aside from the owner`s closet, which is not available to guests.
🚿The bathroom is located inside the primary bedroom.
🛏️There is a space heater and an oscillating fan available for guest`s comfort, depending on the comfort level.

Check-In: 4:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
2. Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Please do not exceed this number without prior approval from the host.
4. Noise:
Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
No loud music or parties.
5. Pets:
Pets are not allowed
6. Smoking:
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed only outside, away from open windows and doors, and all smoking materials must be disposed of properly.
7. Housekeeping:
Please leave the property in the condition you found it.
Use provided trash bags and dispose of trash in the outdoor bins.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.
8. Appliances:
Report any malfunctions or issues with appliances to the host immediately.
9. Damages:
Report any accidental damages to the host immediately.
Guests agree to pay for any damages caused during their stay.
10. Security deposit required of $225. Deposit to be processed by host on guest`s credit card.
11. Parking:
Parking is available in front of the home. Please do not park in the grass during wet seasons.
12. Open Flame:
No open flames, grilling or fire pits allowed on property.
13. Respect for Property:
Treat the property as if it were your own. Any unauthorized use of the property, including hosting events not agreed upon in advance, may result in eviction without refund.
