Lake Chelan and the surrounding region can experience seasonal wildfire activity and wildfire smoke, particularly during the summer and early fall. Wildfire activity, smoke, air quality, visibility, and related conditions can change quickly and are outside the property owner's control.

Guests are strongly encouraged to consider purchasing travel insurance, including any travel protection options available through VRBO, to protect their reservation against unexpected circumstances that may affect their trip.

Wildfire or smoke conditions alone do not qualify for a refund, cancellation exception, or rescheduling of a reservation. Unless the Chelan County Sheriff's Office or other authorized governmental agency issues a mandatory evacuation order applicable to the condo's location, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect and we do not provide refunds or complimentary rescheduling due to wildfire smoke, air quality, visibility, nearby fires, or concerns regarding potential wildfire activity.

Guests should monitor official local emergency information and make travel decisions based on their own individual circumstances, including health considerations and personal comfort with regional conditions.

By booking the property, guests acknowledge that seasonal wildfire and smoke conditions may occur in the Lake Chelan area and accept the property's cancellation policy regarding these conditions.
