The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer. This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street. The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.
Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Astounding View
The location of the property was amazing. View of the lake and minutes to town. Off season is a perfect time to stay here it’s so peaceful. Only downside is the hot tub closed at 8pm instead of 10 and the ice machine is off limits for the down season. Other than that this was a great stay!

Great location with an amazing view. The only downside was that the unit was a little small for our family of 4 (two kids ages 4 and 1). Also, I recommend calling if you need to communicate with the host, I had left a couple messages and did not get a response.

Great Trip, Great Location
We were more than comfortable for our stay and being ground floor with access directly to the water. Suggestion would be to equip the TVs with a Roku for streaming or new TVs with internet capability.

Great location but needs some work
The location cannot be beat! Easy access to restaurants, Riverwalk and shops. However there are no closets or hooks to hang clothes/coats. There were ants in the kitchen and no hot pads or baking sheets for cooking. A few tweaks and this would be an ideal stay!
