Grandview Lake View 518 condo is a premier waterfront condo featuring commanding views of the crystal clear waters of Lake Chelan and spectacular Eastern Washington sunsets. This first floor condo is beautifully decorated, entertaining is easy in the spacious kitchen complete with a large island and stainless-steel appliances.

This 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Enjoy a king bed in the private master bedroom, a queen bed in a second private bedroom, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area.
  
The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Just outside the sliding glass door is a first come, first use area. Unfortunately when we stayed, a group was celebrating a bachelor party right outside our sliding doors. Would not recommend this room to others. People walking along the side of the room also. Blinds in bathroom are poorly fit so the people walking alongside have view access. Also note that it is very noisy. The positive is the proximity to downtown

At the start I was not impressed. I was not given check in instructions like usual vrbo rentals. I never received a response from anyone on how to check in, had to figure it out once we arrived. Once we got into the room it was a lot more run down than the pictures. The couch was something I would have had in college, very used, broken and uncomfortable. There was some patch work left half done in the bedroom. Found a used bandage in the couch/pull out bed. Also had to search for bedding for pull out. We were not told at check in to get more toiletries as needed so we found that out the hard way. Location was great.

Unit needs some love

Location is great, check in/out easy, no maid service is unfortunate, the carpet needs a deep clean, and master suite ceiling was stained/water damage with exposed electrical.
