Enjoy a King bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, washer and dryer and a queen sofa-sleeper and Murphy bed in the spacious living room. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather. 

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

We loved Grandview Resort

It was perfectly located and the amenities of the resort in general and our unit in particular was amazing. We were walking distance to the center of town. We BBQd every night using the grills provided by the resort. Already reserved the same unit for next year.

Great place, strict rules

The property was really great! It was clean, just as pictured, had everything needed for a short stay in a condo. The pool and hot tub were really nice and super fun for the family. The downside was that there is a one warning rule and afterwards you are asked to leave the premises. The warning pertains to excessive noise, which sounds understandable but we got a phone call because we were doing laundry! After that we were totally paranoid about every little sound.
