All Decked Out is a pet-free home that combines spacious living with beautiful lake views and a central, prime location. This 2,422 sqft home comfortably sleeps 10 guests and is located within steps of Hilltop Park, children’s climber, pickleball court, pool, hot tub, and more. It’s also halfway between both pools, allowing for maximum flexibility.

Double wraparound decks provide an additional 1,200 sqft of living space with stunning views of Lake Chelan.

MAIN LEVEL | Living, Dining, Kitchen, Laundry

Pick out a DVD or book from our well-stocked library and relax in the living room. There’s an HDTV and gas fireplace to get cozy during those winter months with games and puzzles to enjoy.

The dining table has seating for 6 with additional seating for 4 in the kitchen nook.

The kitchen is well stocked with all the modern amenities: SS appliances, dishwasher, gas stove, Keurig and much more ensures that your stay feels like home.

Just off the kitchen is a mud/laundry room with washer/dryer, and an attached ½ bath.

The first floor has a large wraparound deck with abundant seating and a porch swing. The gas grill and dining table are perfect for barbecuing. Lounge around the fire table on the patio to enjoy the sunsets.

MID-LEVEL | 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms.

The master bedroom offers a romantic retreat with access to the second-floor deck. This large window filled bedroom with gorgeous lake views has a Cal-King bed and HDTV. The ensuite has double sinks, soaking tub, and shower.

The cozy second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a windowed door providing views of Lake Chelan with access to the second-floor deck.

Kids will love having their own space in the bunk room. Two built-in double TwinXL bunks provide comfortable sleeping with many books, games and toys to enjoy as well!

The 2nd floor bathroom has a large vanity and tub/shower combination.

This floor has another 600 sqft of outdoor living including a sectional couch, fire table, swinging chair, and a beautiful uplake view of Lake Chelan. Stay cool during the warm summer days sitting under the ceiling fan and keep warm at night with the heaters. A chaise lounge, hammock, and pub table are there for your enjoyment.

UPPER LEVEL | Entertainment Room, Full Bed, 2 Sofas, Bathroom

The third floor offers an arcade table with 100’s of classic games, Foosball, a 60” HDTV, Blu-ray player, XBox360, Rock Band and Kinect. There’s also a large selection of games, movies puzzles, a full-sized bed, and large bathroom with shower.

A deck box with pool/beach/outdoor toys is located in the breezeway for use during your stay.

Driveway parking for two cars with additional street parking around the community. A separate owner's unit is attached to All Decked Out, however owner will not be there during your stay.

Unfortunately, pets are NOT allowed though the owner's hypoallergenic dog occasionally stays.
