Contrabrand Hideaway is a stationary 2 bedroom 1 bath, 50 foot houseboat and is perfect for a fun, unique getaway ON Lake Chelan! You can't beat this lakefront accommodation, nor the views from the rooftop deck.

The houseboat remains moored at Sunset Marina; sorry, it is not available for guests to take out on the lake.

Located in Sunset Marina, you are close to everything Chelan has to offer! Sunset Marina also has a ton to offer, in addition to your fully equipped floating 2 bedroom condo. The marina clubhouse includes a large area for additional kitchen/food prep, shower suites and additional bathrooms, game room, large screen TV and lounge space, outdoor fire pit and BBQs.

Boat and Jet ski rentals are next door, Lakeside Surf and SlideWaters water park is across the street, and you're less than 1.5 miles to historic downtown Chelan (restaurants, shops, tasting rooms and breweries).


Houseboat details:
- 2 bedrooms (queen sized bed + two twin bunks)
- Pull out couch in the living room (full sized)
- 1 full bathroom (split in two: vanity & sink in one room, walk- in shower and vanity in another room)
- Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances
- Electric fireplace
- Propane BBQ
- Massive rooftop deck great for catching the sunrise, sunset and all the shooting stars in between!
- Wi-Fi (**may not be the best internet, given how far the houseboat is from the clubhouse**)
- 3 TVs
- Sunset Marina clubhouse amenities are all included
- 1 parking spot, with overflow parking available for 1 additional vehicle


Important to note:
**This is a floating, overnight sleeping accommodation. May not be ideal for those highly prone to sea sickness.

**We are family friendly, however the boat is not child proof. Please note the steep spiral staircase to the roof top deck and the bow (front deck) is not fully enclosed.

**Stays longer than 4 nights may not be accepted, please inquire first.

**The houseboat has a certain size septic tank and guests are kindly asked to conserve wastewater. Pump outs during a stay are an added cost of $250.

**Due to this accommodation being on the water, guests should anticipate lake wildlife, such as ducks, geese, gnats, bees/wasps, etc.


Rental Rules:
- A completed rental agreement signed by the primary renter is required prior to check in
- Max of 6 guests (space will be tight for 6 adults)
- Parking for 1 vehicle only at Sunset Marina (1 additional spot in overflow parking)
- Quiet hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri & Sat)
- No pets allowed
