Lost power multiple times. Werent told it was on a pay as you go meter. Took hours and multiple ph calls to get it topped up. Absolutely no communication with host. Lost tv channels, noone came to rectify it. 5 days without tv. All amenities we needed. Damp patches on the ceiling and walls where there had been a leak at some point. Very disappointed with the lack of contact to sort things out that went wrong.

the check in procedure was awful we had to go to a 24 hr shop up the road & immense form filling code finding 1 hr later keys obtained Flat was smelly ? due to recent carpet cleaning -damp dog smell No fans avail Pictures do not portray the small size of the bath is it for a child ??Ants in the kitchen No parking so 13 daily Realised v nice local hotel much better & cheaper for next time

The inside of the apartment was very clean. However, the windows could have used some cleaning. Having to get the key from a store was a bit of a challenge. There were a few things that would have made our stay more enjoyable, such as having paper towels and nicer pillows for sleeping (we actually bought pillows). One other thing that would have been nice is some privacy curtains in the bedroom. There are pull down darkening shades but during the day it would be nice to have some light without everyone on the street being able to look in the huge windows. There is a washing machine/dryer combination but for those of us who do not know how to use it, it was a challenge. Some step by step instructions would have been nice. One other thing for seniors to take note of is the bath/shower. The tub is very high and hard to get into if you have any mobility problems. We did enjoy our stay and it was in a convenient place with shops nearby and if you have a car there is a parking space behind the apartment.
