Room was lovely Bathroom was amazing Bed was huge super king and all one matress with supremely sumptuous sheets and cushions No desk to work on but i guess this victorian experience isnt for business. Pricey when considering Queens Hitel is across the road

Absolutely superb hotel and complex. The rooms and service first class, the Japanese restaurant 10/10 and the bars, terraces, drinks also brilliant. Literally can’t fault this place. Will be back again soon

Stunning hotel with lovely staff

Had a lovely warm welcome at check in. He explained where to park, showed us to our room, which was absolutely beautiful. The room definitely had the wow factor. The toiletries smell wonderful! I felt very pampered after using them. There is complementary tea and coffee. The room was the perfect temperature. It is a short walk to the Town centre approximately 5/10 minutes. No 131 is a beautiful hotel in a lovely location, it definitely had the wow! factor for me and we would definitely stay again. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
