We had a delightful stay right in the heart of the Cotswolds. There was a small hiccup on arrival as we didn’t initially receive the check-in codes, but we were able to resolve it. If you’re travelling internationally, it’s worth having a phone available to call for urgent assistance just in case. Once checked in, we carried our bags upstairs, noting there is no lift, but it was manageable. The room itself was cosy and warm, perfect for the cooler evenings, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The private bathroom was also clean and pleasant. The instructions provided for the location and parking were very accurate. We parked safely overnight on Sheep Street close to the accommodation, then moved the car to the 72-hour car park near Tesco, which was about an 8-minute walk away. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay with clear guidance that made getting around easy.

We only stayed one night in room one. Room was clean, staff was polite. Only con is we were on the ground floor so we heard all the other guests come in and out some were loud and coming in all hours of the night. Also the room was towards the busy street so we heard cars until about 1 am in morning. Wifi wasn’t very strong but not a big deal.

Lousy Toilet safety

The Toilet does not have a antislip mat for the bath tub, it's so dangerous, i actually fell because the glass is movable, there isnt any holding bar to hold to get out of the bath tube, my 78yo mom almost fell because of that. Terrible.

My Mom and I stayed here while exploring the Cotswolds. Stow was the perfect jumping point to see lots of places. Our accommodations were comfortable, quaint, and easy to get to. They were very responsive to our questions too. Loved to bathtub!

A wonderful find and stay. Perfect location in the heart of Stow it is the ideal place to spend a night or two. A large comfortable ground floor room with a roll top bath, high ceilings, tv mounted into the bed and even a decanter of sherry to enjoy a toast.

These type of properties really don't need a 4 star rating. It's a 3 star sub par accommodation. The photos look much nicer than the room is in real life. We stayed in room 5. There is no towel rack as shown in the photo. Location is good.

The shower water pressure was good although the toilet was located outside of the room. Room was clean and comfy and we had a good stay overall. The location of the hotel was also good and central and walkable distance from everything.

Was ok.

Lovely room however cobwebs and dust. The bed wasn’t comfortable as dipped on the middle. The noise from the street was loud throughout the night, expected some noise but kept us awake.
