Staff are tring their best but the policies are towards money grab. Surrounding is not convenient as no access to food or any. Being a foreigner, not a good fit. Prefer staying in green park hotel

Overall it was v ry nice the stay. Will request the Team in breakfast to ask customers before removing the dishes that they don't need it anymore. As we have found they removed the dishes without asking even while we were eating.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pharos. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially since I was traveling with my little one. They happily supported small requests like hot water and boiling sweet potatoes etc. The on-site restaurant, Vivaha Bhojanambu, serves delicious food and the service there was excellent. Highly recommend!
