Situation directly on the pond, relax in the double swing or one of the several rockers located on both the front and back porch. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, two-story stacked stone fireplace in the living room. Located between the towns of Ellijay and Blue Ridge, there`s plenty of hiking, horseback riding, and water activities to keep you busy for days.





 



Cold Mountain pond is a beautifully decorated 1 bedroom plus loft, 2 bath log home that sleeps up to four (4) people and offers the following:



Queen bed on LOFT level private bath walk-in shower

King bedroom on the MAIN level

Full bathroom on the MAIN level tub/shower combo

The living room has a wood-burning fireplace (a starter bundle of firewood provided Oct 1 - April 1), 32" flat-screen TV- with DVD player

Board games, cards, and books

Hot Tub

Fire pit (firewood not provided)

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:







Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.







Required Fees include $125 Cleaning fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and 13% lodging tax
