Didn’t even walk in

Booked the room for my mother, but she didn’t stay. The room was infested with roaches on the first floor. Front desk offered a refund though so that was relieving.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even switched me to an "ADA" type room when she saw I had a mobility issue. The handrail on the ADA tub was already away from the wall as it was attached with drywall screws and silicone. The ADA seat had black mold between the wooden slats, and the bed was a standard full, not queen.
