Our stay was completely enjoyable. The house was exactly as it’s description. We met the owner who is very friendly and very helpful with lots of things. We highly recommend this particular property. Conveniently located and plenty of room for all.

9 of us stayed in this house, decent sized bedrooms, comfy bed. ? Water tank noisy overnight, louder in particular in front double bedroom leading to a disturbed sleep.Cleanliness on arrival was mostly good, some dog hairs on couch but could see it had been vacuumed.On arrival muddy puddle in left corner of garden but dried out quickly due to sunny weather, Garden small but does get the sun, all paved more like a yarden. Missing fence panel - not great if travelling with young children but was advised this is due to be fixed.

Better communication

The property itself was awesome. Being a 1st time VRBO user, I asked a question about payment that was never answered. VRBO stated that I would receive check in info about 3 days out. Rental manager stated I wouldn’t receive until 6 hours prior. At 3 hours until check in I had to reach out to them. And at that point, I was sent a link(which didn’t work) to register the guests. Things that could’ve been handled well in advance. Other than the pre check in hassle, everything was excellent.

Could be better

First impression was that the threshold at the front door was dirty. The whole house needs a deep clean. I felt pretty uncomfortable with the overall cleanliness. We had issues trying to get on to the Internet. Staff were quick to respond but not with the correct info. The style and decor of the house was lovely but cleanliness let it down We also had issues with the boiler, no hot water and a lack of towels. On a positive note we didnt let the issues spoil our family get together.together.togetherwthinfo.internet
