The staff were helpful, courteous and smiling. The setting is beautiful, even in the rain. There was plenty of hot water, though the bathroom itself was cold. It was a lovely stay, and I will recommend it to friends.

Stayed two nights. We booked a twin room but were disappointed that the beds were hard, the room was small and the WiFi kept cutting out. We mentioned this to the reception staff who were very helpful and offered to move us. The next day we were moved to a room in the courtyard, It was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, plus the WiFi signal was good. All the staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, lots of variety. We ate one night in the hotel bar which was cosy and did great cocktails.

This was a lovely, clean hotel and the building is gorgeous with a lot of atmosphere. The bar staff were particularly friendly and they served amazing cocktails. The breakfast was very good too!

The room 31 had a broken window and another that didn't shut so there was a big draft we informed reception who said that he would contact maintenance then the cold water stopped maintenance arrived at 2.30 the next day said that the tap needed a washer so we contacted reception again the gentleman on this time was a different one named Andrew he immediately gave us a better room
