Not even an apology...

We had a long day of driving and my wife pretty much jumped into bed early. After a few minutes she was greeted by a bedbug on her arm. When we inspected the bed we found four bedbugs. After some negotiations they bumped another guest reservation and gave us that room. The ordeal took an hour. When we got home we had to vacuum all our bags and I'm still not sure some of these bugs are not in our vehicle or my backpack. If we have to treat for bugs it will be added frustration. The manager declined to refund us for one nights stay through hotels.com. The stated reason? They found no bugs. Please see attached.

Bath tub and toilet were dirty, lobby smelled like smoke. Housekeeping walked in my room at 9:45am without knocking at all and I was standing in my room topless while ironing my shirt. All around the worst hotel experience I have had!

There was no coffee at Breakfast when I went at 7am. They were brewing more but I couldnt stay. The food selection was pretty unappealing as well. Overall the property needs a renovation.

Ok for one night

We only stayed for one night. The young lady on reception when we checked in late in the evening was lovely and very accomodating she changed our rooms at no extra cost as I have a knee injury snd couldnt use the stairs. The accommodation however does need updating but it was ok for one night

Clean room. Staff were excellent and checked us in quickly. Pool was great but the hot tub was seriously hot lol. Family friendly and very nice. Over all definitely will be staying again!!

Never called us got there and they told us maid quit and no rooms were cleaned so they canceled us out and told us to go to another hotel and 11:30 at night, we were never contacted by them to let us know this ahead of time.
