Over booked

We were booked in and prepaid, but when we arrived we were told to “wait”. I mentioned we had a reservation. We waited 15 minutes or so, until a man arrived in his truck. Without even asking our names or looking at our reservation, we were told to get in the truck and be taken to another hotel. No room at Baanfai was there only explanation! We stayed at a very plain hotel a few minutes away. Thankfully the man driving and the ladies who served us breakfast were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the staff at Baanfai were of no help whatsoever. That evening I had a look on hotels.com to see what the availability at Baanfai was for the night and it showed a room like we had requested still available. An explanation would have been appreciated and more importantly, if they had asked our name or looked at our paperwork, this would not have happened. I wish I could recommend this hotel, but am unable to.

メインストリート沿いでわかりやすい。Namkhong Riverside Hotelの隣なので、トゥクトゥクにはこのホテルを言って連れてきてもらった。 午前早めに着いたのでチェックインさせていただき、部屋で休みシャワーを浴びることができた。感謝。
