Staffs (including housekeepers) are friendly and check in is quick and easy. We were given complimentary vouchers with generous snacks and refill of red wine, cocktail and beer plus a violinist to entertain us at the lounge room. The room is clean, spacious (for a family of 4 adults) and the amenities in this hotel is superb especially free laundry facilities plus hot, warm or cold water dispenser available close to our hotel room. The location of hotel is central and within walking distance to night market. However, the beds are too firm. My children felt like they are sleeping on the floor. Overall, this hotel is indeed great!

Meets Expectations but Could Use Improvement I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it meets the expectations for a 3-4 star hotel, but there are several areas that need improvement. The room was cleaned, but the service felt quite basic. While towels were changed and bins were emptied, the sheets were not changed, and no amenities like toothbrushes, combs, or cotton buds were provided. I also noticed a lack of extra towels. Breakfast was underwhelming; there was one table of food,l that was dark and uninviting. The VIP lounge was subpar as well, with only house red wine available as alcoholic drink and snacks like meat, cheese, and popcorn that looked stale. Service was acceptable and polite, but nothing stood out as exceptional. Overall, while my stay was satisfactory, I believe there’s significant room for improvement to truly elevate the experience.

The room was spotless and roomy, with a balcony. Location is convenient. 10 minutes walk from train station amd night market. And it has free drinks for the evening!
