Nice hotel next to Makuhari Messe. There is also a linked bridge connected to the train station (10min walk). This is superior to other APA hotels.

Room was supposed to be non-smoking, but smelled like a smoking room. Pool was empty, no mention that the pool was not in operation. Great location for seeing Lotte Marines play at ZoZo

Overall good stay. The best thing was the room was very clean. The soundproofing could use some work. I stayed in the west wing 8th floor and heard everything. Sirens 🚨 outside and noise from the hallway. This is a massive APA hotel. The front desk was a bit chaotic. Check out at 10:00am is a bit early for such a hotel. 11:00am would be more fair. The pool and stuff is not included. You have to buy those privileges separately from your nightly stay.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the AC was so nice after a long day outside. However, make sure you pay attention to if the pool is opened or closed. I only booked this hotel for the pool and didn’t see that the pool is closed until July. Also, I tried asking the front desk for a bottle opener but they wanted me to download an app just to ask for one, which was pretty inconvenient.

Small rooms. Wont bring you towels you have to go get them yourself in lobby. Very small bathroom. Pool is closed. No microwave in room. 1.5 hours away from Tokyo station (very far away from everything). They won’t allow food delivery to your room and you have to go to the lobby to get it. Elevator can take 10 min to get because it is so busy. Rooms are not cleaned daily. Unfortunately staff are not very friendly. and you have to request garbage bags.
