Our fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment is on the 3rd floor (just a heads-up—there’s no elevator, just stairs). You’ll find a cozy living area with a comfy sofa, TV for relaxing, and a small dining table perfect for two. The kitchen has everything you need—from appliances to cookware—so you can enjoy anything from takeout nights to home-cooked meals.

The bedroom has a plush king bed, and the bathroom comes stocked with towels and basic toiletries to get you started. You'll also have Wi-Fi access throughout your stay.

Situated in the vibrant Lakeview area, the property is just steps from popular eateries like Paulina Market and Frasca.

Directions on accessing the unit were difficult to follow. The heat was not working well and it was a very cold week in Chicago so it was uncomfortable. Someone was in the unit without advance notice or our permission while we were out which was a security concern and not acceptable.

Immaculate property! Property larger than it appears in photos. Amazing shower pressure, appliances and fully stocked kitchen so cooking is easy. Note - laundry available but not in unit. Challenge with multiple entry passwords/keys. Would love for that to be simplified if possible.
