I can’t talk about the cleanliness of the place because I was charged for the room and when I arrived to the hotel I wasn’t given one because they said that I was there too late. I explained that my flight was delayed and they said that was nothing to do on their end. The boy at the front desk Miguel doesn’t know anything about costumer service. Then, as I was telling Miguel that I had been charged for my hotel room and that NOWHERE in the policies of the hotel says that if you don’t get there before 4 am you’re going to loose you’re reservation and your money…the janitor with an attitude tells me that my reservation was cancelled, to which I told him that is an issue I had to discuss with the front desk guy not with him, so he started laughing in various occasions. I reserved that hotel because of good reviews…hopefully my review help people not to even think about staying at this property.

It was very clean, staff were nice and polite. However few doors down was moaning, I almost turned back and asked for refund before we got to our room. The sound from traffic sounded like the window was open. I checked and it was not lol. Thankfully we were so exhausted from our trip I was able to sleep.
