Breakfast was 6-9 am better be an early bird they close door at 9 pm sharp breakfast room. The pool is small and outdated hot tube doesn’t work. Room service is every other day. The pull out sofa doesn’t function properly it’s uncomfortable and hurts ur back wires popping out. Staff is very nice and helpful. Alcohol stops at 10 pm selling in this little town.

Location to Great America was great. However, the interior is very old, no more than 4 people are allowed in the elevator, and just overall condition of the hotel is lacking.

Room was beat up pretty bad. Places were there were no paint. Bathroom door could not be opened very far was too big for the doorway. All vending was not in service. The one vending was not plugged in so the soda I got was warm. Elevator trapped my husband inside he did get out finally,but then after that the elevator was out of service which is not good for me being I am disabled. Lots of noise at night. Kids up above us all night laughing and running around. Could not bring your breakfast to the room.

It’s safe and breakfast is good but sound like someone is fixing or moving furniture in the room above us half the night and the sheets were not changed when we checked in. It has some fresh bloods stains and many pieces of papers. We went to get new sheets and changed ourselves.

The sheets were dirty & dingy looking. The rule of no breakfast food in the rooms is crazy also, some ppl don't like to be around ppl like that, nor sit with alot of ppl to eat, I know i don't want to sit around ppl that eat with their mouth wide open chewing their food, smacking their lips, & or ppl that don't have table manners. I will not be returning to your hotel, first time & last time. We actually checked out last night & would have checked out yesterday morning after being woke up @ 7 am after the fire alarm but was @ the hospital all day because of the anxiety attack I had being woke up from the alarm.

The room was missing a closet door. The body wash in the shower was empty. (How many times was it used before) deep ruts in the back of the property where I walked my dog at night almost caused me to roll my ankle when I stumbled into it. It was dark until the automated light came on. Construction supplies stacked outside. The vending machines well turned on and took my money then gave me expired chips. We all know how long shelf life is on a. Bag of chips. None of them were working in the entire property. I was told to walk to the gas station to get something if I needed. I wasn’t about to pack up my kids just to go to the gas station. My it my big question is how long has this been going on? I was told it was a vendor issue by the gentleman at the desk. This should have been resolved months ago. Overall I felt the property was being neglected to save money. I will say it was nice and close to six flags. Very convenient.
