Great property, stayed here several times. Clean, comfortable bedding etc. Only downside is the in house bar/restaurant, lack of food and drinks and service wasn’t great, but there are several restaurants nearby. I would stay there again!

The hotel was overall clean. However, the check-in and check-out staff could be more friendly. I felt like I owed them a million dollars, even after paying for my stay. Their poker faces were off-putting, and it made me question if they understand the hospitality industry. If they don't enjoy interacting with people, this isn't the right job for them. In contrast, the door staff were very friendly. The ladies at check-in and check-out should receive additional training before entering their position.

The room I ordered was a king bed room, but the bed was not a king. It was larger than a queen but smaller than a king, not sure what size it was. Housekeeping only came to provide new towels and never made the bed or anything else. There are little amenities in this hotel and it was extremely overpriced for what you got. Shower is also very small.

Overall, it was a great stay. The location is very convenient to everything downtown. The staff is very friendly as well. The only complaint is room cleanliness. There was a day where the beds weren’t made, it was just left how we had it. One is the towels was also completely covered in hair. The fridge had a bad smell and the floors definitely needed to be cleaned. There was a lot of dust and other debris under the bed and under the bathroom sink.

We were told to park in the parking garage near by, we paid out of pocket while and brought our tickets back for a partial refund. We were told it was going to be 7 dollars a night since we were staying at the hotel well to our surprise it campus that their discount on the parking was 6 dollars for almost 150 worth of parking. Management would not reply back and we called for 2 weeks after the initial email and manager would call us back never did, Got a hold of him today finally after 2 weeks
