I fully enjoyed my stay. It was in a quiet area so we were able to relax outside. Only give 4 star because i got told when checking in that they would have someone clean the room daily. We stayed 3 nights and no one ever came to the room and restocked the coffee or towells.

Nice hotel and the staff were wonderful. Received messages every day checking to see if we needed anything. The room was on the smaller size but fit our needs just fine. The only issue was that there were no outlets accessible right near the bedside tables and had to stretch a cord across the room to be able to use my medical device. The hotel is in a beautiful area with several options for dining. There are grocery and pharmacy stores right around the corner. It is also within walking distance of the train or bus stops for optional transportation

Wonderful place with a reasonable rate. All desk staff were very friendly, room was wonderful and they even had fun social activities in the evening with refreshments. Perfect location in downtown Chicago, near Division/Clark.

Couple night done right at Claridge House

Great weeknight stay for a show in downtown Chicago. Hotel was perfect for a couple, the wine hour was appreciated and the bed was soft and comfy. Nice neighborhood to walk around. Parking is literally next door (although expensive), and there are two good breakfast options within a 2 min walk of the hotels front door.

Our stay was ok for the one night we stayed. The room and bed were good. But they hotel ended up charging me 3x the rate I paid on Expedia and has not yet returned the money. They currently owe me hundreds of dollars back for a one night stay. Guest services was extremely rude when called and they said they didn't have an accounting department to speak with to help me resolve my issue. Don't stay at this hotel if you expect to only pay the amount your reservation was for. I have disputed my charges with Chase to try to resolve since I can't get a quick resolution through the hotel.

When we arrived,our room was not made and it was very dirty. They put us in another room and apologized. The room that they show you in the booking process,doesn’t look like anything in person. The carpets inside the rooms are so dirty and stained. The beds are terrible. Old school AC system. They said they wouldn’t charge me the resort fee and they still did. Never coming back
