Very unacceptable
Soon as I came from a long 21 hour trip from Florida I had a hour delay before I can check in and they did not even give me the days that I paid for the reservation. It was so complicated and at the time I had to go meet my daughter who graduated at the Navy Academy in Chicago Great Lakes when I finally came back to the room, the sheets were stained, nasty and filthy. The room was older. It was unacceptable. I took pictures. I notified the desk. They informed me that did not pay for a third room and I owe the balance of $48 which I paid $199 for three days , I called the supervisor at Hotel.com and they advised me of what they can do. They called the hotel management. The hotel management put me into another room and the other room that they put me in the lights did not come on so they had to move me to another room. It was horrible long and TS and my wife stayed in the car because she did not want to sleep in a room. It was very unacceptable and very unpleasant and I’m very reluctant to use Hotel .com even though I have been an outstanding member. And my wife stayed in the car because she did not want to sleep in a filthy room. It was very unacceptable and very unpleasant and I’m very reluctant to use Hotel.com even though I have been a outstanding member for a while now, so I definitely have not been pleased with this trip at all all the way from just everything it’s just been unacceptable .
