This lists cribs for babies as one of the amenities. In my booking I put a note that we would need a crib, no response from them lead me to believe that this wouldn’t be an issue. When we checked in and I asked about the crib, I was informed that they do not provide them. Also, I have never before had to ASK that house keeping come to our room until now. We needed our sheets changed as our baby pooped mid-diaper change. That was the only time house keeping came to our room during our stay. I have stayed other places where they only empty trash, make the beds and vacuum on a daily basis. But this hotel didn’t even do that. Lastly, the pool water is half chlorine. I almost had to bring my husband to Urgent Care because a little bit of water got in his eyes. Honestly, I will never stay here again

The staff did not give very good customer service. They do not offer early check-ins or late check-outs as advertised on their website, The room was Not clean! And the cover to the AC was broken. If I didn't notice before my kids it would've fell on their toes!

It’s was clean but but don’t book here they don’t be wanting to give you extra towels of give you the stuff for the pull out bed, my daughter went to ask for the stuff for the pull out bed and they just gave her a sheet, no fit sheet or pillow or blanket, the pool was so cooled and it had way to much chlorine we couldn’t even stay in there cause it was burning out eyes, the wall was falling apart and there was gun and hair on the fool and the door knob was rusty the pant was cheeping off on the fool and in the pool,

Room bedding were terrible, felt extremely uncomfortable sleeping at on them. Asked for more blankets/sheets no accommodation. Let out couch bed was disgusting. Never will I go back

Furnishings are very outdated. Hallway carpet was not clean at all. Pullout bed was not sturdy at all and needed replacing.

Well I would like to start off by saying the staff was friendly and helpful. We had asked for a room downstairs which we did get. There a few things that I wish I would have known; first the people that smoke outside the smells would come in to the room since we were close to an exit door. Second our room looked like they were in the process of being remodeled and was not completed. Maybe the rest of the floors those rooms may have look more inviting. We had a lot of spiderwebs with spiders in the corners of the room.

The staff here was terrible - zero customer service. We checked in at 9:30 after a long day of travelling. They charged an additional $100 security deposit which I am still waiting to be refunded. They put us between 2 families that were running between rooms all night and making all sorts of noise. We went down to complain and also ask for an extra pillow. They had none. This morning we went to shower and there was no hot water, or water pressure. Breakfast ended at 9:30 and at 9:35 we attempted to go grab a pack of oatmeal and water and were greeted with a very unfriendly worker. Nothing had been put away yet. Overall it was just a bad experience, the location was a little sketchy and the room was clean-ish but the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Will not be going back thankfully !
